Hoover-Foster Neighborhood Summer Celebration
Thank you to everyone who made this event a success, both to all our participants and staff!
St. Mary’s Center, SAHA, ACPHD, Hoover RAC, and West Oakland Neighbors hosted a Summer Celebration party on August 27,2024 at St. Andrew’s Plaza. Over 50 community members attended and participated in the event activities and received raffle prizes.
